School year 2024-2025: $70.00/hr

Available as 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Do you have questions about Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or 504 plans? Don’t know where to start or feel like you’re missing a step? Maybe you just need some guidance for a new problem that’s arisen. Maybe you need advice on brushing up your communication approach and correspondence with your school team.

Let’s talk about it! Always available as a phone or virtual meeting, and available in person by request.

A full suite of hands on services, including but not limited to: organizing, planning and strategizing, coaching communication and drafting correspondence, meeting attendance as an advocate, meeting debriefs, and future planning.

School year 2024-2025: $700.00

This includes organizational materials, cost of travel to meetings within 20 miles of Tiverton, RI, and 10 billable hours.

Advocating for your child in a school setting is not for the faint of heart.

Special Education and 504 regulations can be overwhelming. It can take time to learn the jargon and the “right way” to ask for something. There are evaluations and data to collect, organize, and analyze. Timelines to monitor.

While most school teams have their hearts in the right place, sometimes there will be road blocks to getting what your child needs.

It’s a lot to take in and a lot to do. We’re here to help you EVERY step of the way.

Attendance at school meetings as family advocate/support. There to take notes for you, and ensure that you are being heard and understood.  Post meeting debrief included in this service.

School year 2024-2025: $75.00/hr

Billable in 15 minute increments, will cover travel time, meeting, and debrief.

You know what your child needs. You’ve done all the back end planning. This may not even be your first go-around. But sometimes meetings with the school team can get spirited and overwhelming. Sometimes there’s just a lot to cover in one meeting. We can sit beside you, take all the notes so you can focus, and ensure you are treated as an equal part of the IEP team.
